On October 13, the prize ceremony for the 33rd edition of the Rosemère in Bloom photo contest was held. Once again this year, Rosemerites have distinguished themselves in five categories and two special mentions.
This evening was an opportunity to highlight the contribution of a member of the committee, Mrs. Marilyn Proulx, who passed away last January. She was actively involved in the community for decades, notably as vice-president of the Rosemère in Bloom contest.
In addition, a cheque in the amount of $2,125 was presented to the organization Répit des Petits Plaisirs. This amount was raised during the visit of the secret gardens and the horticultural day on July 10th.
