The Town of Rosemère is proud to integrate the registration section for Town's activities into its communication platform Voilà! Rosemère communication platform.
Citizens must now access this free application before registering for a course, conference, program or activity for themselves or a member of their family.
Make sure you have a valid citizen card for all members of your family and for the duration of the activity you wish to attend! To renew or check the validity of your family members' citizen cards, here is the procedure:
You can come to the library and provide proof of identity and residency, or you can do it online by following these instructions:
Simply email your information to biblio@ville.rosemere.qc.ca for each member of your familywho would like to have one:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Complete civilian address
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- PROOF OF RESIDENCE REQUIRED (in attachment)
We will contact you by email as soon as your card is ready. You can then pick up your card at the library.
You don't have a free account Voilà! Rosemère
- Go to the Web Portal and/or download the Voilà! application from your smartphone or tablet on the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)to create your profile now!
- Be sure to create a strong password with at least 6 characters, at least one capital letter and one special character.
- On the Web Portal, click on "Recreation" at the top of the screen. On the app, click on the "Recreation Registration" link at the bottom of the menu.
- Once on the recreation registration platform, for the first time, you must create your Recreation account (you can use the same email and password as your Voilà! account). Be sure to confirm your email by clicking the link that will be sent to you.
- Finally, link your Citizen Card by entering the last 8 digits of your Citizen Card to your newaccount. Follow the instructions on the screen. And that's it!
You already have a free account Voilà! Rosemère
- Install the latest update of the application available on the App Store (IPhone) or Google Play (Android) or go to the Web Portal.
- Click on "Log in with SSO Rosemère".
- On the Web Portal, click on "Recreation" at the top of the screen. On the app, click on the "Recreation Registration" link at the bottom of the menu.
- Once on the recreation registration platform, for the first time, you must create your Recreation account (you can use the same email and password as your Voilà! account). Be sure to confirm your email by clicking the link that will be sent to you.
- Finally, link your Citizen Card by entering the last 8 digits of your Citizen Card to your newaccount. Follow the instructions on the screen. And that's it!

Voilà! Rosemère: All your info in one spot!
The Voilà! Rosemère digital platform is safe and easy to use. The principle is simple: Residents download the app onto their smartphone or tablet and create their user profile by entering their address. They will then be able to select the information and notifications they wish to receive by identifying their preferences in their profile. For example, residents will be able to choose to receive notifications of emergency situations or reminders for various collections, view the calendar of activities that interest them, register online for recreational activities and receive all municipal news. This app will also enable them to view their tax bill, apply for permits online and report non-urgent problems to their town, such as a pothole or a broken streetlight. Lastly, residents will have the opportunity to take surveys issued by the Town to express their views on various issues of concern to them.
