The Town of Rosemère is pleased to announce the names of the winners of the photo contest associated with the 20thannual Secret Gardens Tour. Contest entries were accepted between July 13 and August 2 from amateur photographers who attended the event on July 13–14. Entrants were invited to submit their most striking pictures of participating private gardens for consideration.

The contest winners are Martin Dozois, Ginette Dufresne, Martine Gingras, Ghislaine Giroux, Martin Joyal, Istvan Molnar-Szakacs, Kathy Nolan, Vanessa Pilon and Eleen Webb. Each has received a $50 gift card redeemable at Place Rosemère and will have their selected photo featured in the Town’s 2020 calendar.

“Congratulations to the winners for the wonderful pictures they submitted as part of this contest. You successfully captured the elegance and distinctiveness of the horticultural treasures we have here in Rosemère,” said Mayor Eric Westram. “It’s easy to see how proud our homeowners are to share their passion with local residents and visitors alike and let them appreciate the hidden beauty of their gardens.”

Submitted photos needed to meet several selection criteria to be eligible to compete: they had to be unique and original, feature a clear, high-quality image and fit with the 20thannual Secret Gardens Tour theme.
