A permit and/or certificate of authorization is required for all new commercial occupancies, as well as for all new construction projects, renovations and/or interior design, landscaping, changes of use, signage, etc., in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that a power of attorney duly signed by the property owner is required for all permit and certificate applications.
