As of January 27, a brand-new online appointment booking system, Go Rendez-vous, will be available for a variety of needs at our Urban Planning, Finance and Town Clerk's offices.

By selecting the “GO” tab on the right-hand side of our website, users will be redirected to the platform. They can then make an appointment for a swearing-in, a tax clarification or to discuss a request with an urban planning technician, for example.

Thanks to the platform, citizens will be able to reserve a time slot for a telephone call or a face-to-face meeting in just a few clicks:

• Select the desired service.
• Choose the date and time that suits you best.
• Fill in the form.
• You'll then receive confirmation of your appointment by e-mail and a reminder 2 days beforehand.

This new way of doing things ensures better time management for the citizen, an appointment with the right person, and avoids having to wait at City Hall or make unnecessary trips.
