The 5th Honoured Citizen's ceremony will be held in May 2025 to pay tribute to exceptional individuals and organizations whose commitment has helped improve the quality of life of Rosemerites or to promote the Town beyond its borders. Do you know someone or an organization who has made a meaningful contribution to the well-being of the people in our community or has distinguished itself in its field? The Honoured Citizen Awards are the highest honour bestowed by the Town of Rosemère!

"It is our great honor to shine the spotlight on the soul of Rosemère: its citizens, volunteers and organizations whose dedication and commitment make our Town so radiant. This initiative recognizes those who stand out in a wide variety of fields and celebrates the commitment and outstanding achievements of our citizens, whatever their sphere of activity", stated Mayor Eric Westram.

These awards are given out to celebrate outstanding individuals and organizations in the following categories:

• Culture
• Environment
• Youth
• Technologies and new media
• Community
• Humanitarian
• Business
• Posthumous
• Sports
• Education
• Science

Eligibility criteria

• Be a native or resident of the Town of Rosemère or a recognized organization based in Rosemère.
• The nomination must be submitted by a third party.
• The citizen or organization must have distinguished themself locally, regionally, nationally or internationally.
• The citizen or organization must have significantly distinguished themself through their commitment and influence.

All the applications received will be rigorously analyzed by a panel of judges, who will ensure the prestige of the recognition. Submit the nomination of the Honoured Citizen you care about!
