A look back at the events of Hurricane Debby on November 25, 2024

Citizens' evening and “Protecting your residence against climatic hazards” conference

The passage of Hurricane Debby left in its path major quantities of precipitation on the Rosemère territory, causing back-up and flooding problems.

The Town would like to revisit these events at an information evening on Monday, November 25 at the Memorial Community Centre (202 De la Grande-Côte Road):

  • Post-mortem of the torrential rains of August 9, 2024, presented by Mayor Eric Westram (from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.)

  • Conference on “Protecting your home against climatic hazards” by an expert from the consulting engineering firm JFSA (from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.)
