In Rosemère, it's in the bin!

Aware that 15% of what is goes into recycling bins has no business there, the Town of Rosemère is pleased to present, thanks to a financial contribution from the Tricentris sorting centre, a video designed to raise awareness of what can be recycled, along with a few helpful tips on this subject.

A recent addition to the homepage of the Town’s website at www.ville.rosemere.qc.ca, this short video reminds us of a few small things that can spell the difference when it comes to the efficient management of recyclable materials. In fact, at the sorting centre, unsuitable materials must be separated from recyclables. That is not always possible, since recyclables have sometimes been contaminated. By paying attention to what you put in the recycling bin, you contribute to the efficiency of the pick-up process and help protect the environment.

Take a few minutes to view the video. It will quite simply help you to develop good habits and that’s in everyone’s best interests!
