It’s a well-known fact: the hectic pace of modern-day life has turned our habits upside down to the point where our activities now leave us less and less time to pay attention to municipal life. Yet, much of the information disseminated by the Town has an important impact on our quality of life. 

For this reason, Rosemère recently decided to enter the world of social media, creating its own Facebook page. For several weeks now, www.facebook.com/VilledeRosemere has made it possible for residents connected to the  Internet to be better informed about the various activities and services provided by their Town. 

"The tweaking period is now over and citizens who like our page now have full access to information disseminated regularly in the form of news items that are brief and to-the-point,” proudly stated mayor Madeleine Leduc. This measure honours a recent election promise to improve communication in order to be closer to citizens. 

Everyone interested in Rosemère’s municipal activities are therefore invited to like Rosemère’s Facebook page. "Being better and more quickly informed, can only provide great benefits," concluded Madeleine Leduc.
